lead hand only 1 round
hands only 1 round
everything 3 rounds
heavy bag 2 rounds
w/ double end bag
Med ball circuit 10 reps each
chest pass
walking chest pass
twisting chest pass
forward scoop
backward scoop
lying chest pass
seated twisting partner pass
Neck circuit 10 minutes and stretch
