Tabata Round Fast Arms 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off X 5 minutes

Tabata Round Fast kicks 20 seconds on, 10 seconds 0ff X 5 minutes

Pool circuit 3 X 5 minute rounds
75 meters on top of water, 75 meters under water X 2 each, 10 Seconds between laps. 1 minute between rounds.

2 X's as far as possible under water
