lead hand only 1 round
hands only 1 round
everything 3 rounds
heavy bag 2 rounds
w/ double end bag
Med ball circuit 10 reps each
chest pass
walking chest pass
twisting chest pass
lying chest pass
seated twisting partner pass
Neck circuit 10 minutes and stretch
